How it Works


After agreeing a time and place (usually your home), we meet and discuss your health history, lifestyle, and goals. This is important to deciding what kind of work we are going to do, and how frequently. There are a couple of forms to fill and sign. This process takes about twenty minutes to complete.  

Based on the information you give me, I quickly pull together a few exercises that measure your fitness, flexibility, and strength, about 9 or 10 exercises that work your entire body. This is a sample "set" of exercises, and is designed to give you a taste of what a session would be like. In later sessions, we would do three sets to complete one hour. I take my assessment and the information gathered from the interview, and design your next session.

Subsequent Sessions

We start off with a brief warm-up of about 5 to 10 minutes, then a few stretches. Three sets of exercises follow, with a short break between each set. We finish off with a cool down and more stretches. Cardio, strength, and flexibility training is integrated into each set, and you will feel the effect of the exercises halfway through the second set.
